Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds. A store credit will be issued to your account, which can be accessed by logging in with the email address used during checkout. (credit will be initiated in 24 working hours after the product reaches the warehouse and is checked by team THIS MAY TAKE UPTO 10-15DAYS) information of same will be sent via mail on every checkpoint.
- Important Note: Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of your order to receive your credit and important communications.
- Return Fees: A return pickup charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your total. The remaining balance will be issued as your store credit.
- RETURN PROOF: In some cases courier guys are delivering us back wrong product saying this is what client gave, verifying it takes time and chances of claim rejection is higher to avoid it kindly take a photo while handing over the courier in front of courier guys.
